Custom Orders
The Elegant Bead will be happy to design a similar piece to one that is no longer in stock.
Although an exact match may not be possible, a duplicate piece shall have the same feel through colors, selection of similar stones, etc.
Please be aware that the shape and size of the stones or beads may vary.
Please allow 3 weeks for custom orders. Payment is due at time of order placement.
There is an additional charge for shipping, handling and insurance.
Jewelry Guarantee
Each piece of The Elegant Bead jewelry is guaranteed against defect in manufacture for the life of the original purchaser.
Jewelry pieces shall be restrung or fixed at no additional charge. DROPPING OR BREAKAGE OF THE STONES OR BEADS IS NOT COVERED. An additional charge shall be assessed for repairs to broken stones.
Many stones are one-of-a-kind and are not replaceable. Their care is your responsiblity.
Care Instructions
Wear it often and well, but The Elegant Bead does not recommend wearing your jewelry in the shower, pool, beach, or while washing dishes. Please avoid harsh and abrasive cleaners, a soft cloth is preferred. Please read all instructions on any commercial cleaners for specific stones and metals that can or can not be cleaned.
